At Home & Sprout, we believe beautiful things are worth choosing carefully.

We work with trusted European brands, makers and manufacturers to bring you thoughtfully designed products that meet our standards for quality, materials and design. Rather than holding large quantities of stock ourselves, many of our products are sent directly from our European partners to your home.

This means a little more patience is sometimes required — but it allows us to offer a carefully considered collection without compromising on the quality of the products we choose.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK delivery is included on all Home & Sprout orders.

Your order may be shipped directly from one of our European brand partners or fulfilment centres, with tracking provided where available.

Delivery times

Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery to the UK.

Because many of our products are sourced from European brands and shipped directly from their fulfilment locations, delivery can take a little longer than a traditional UK retailer.

We believe this is a worthwhile trade-off for access to beautifully made products from carefully selected European brands.

Most orders are processed and dispatched promptly, and you will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Who fulfils your order?
Home & Sprout works with selected European brands and fulfilment partners. Depending on the product, your order may be dispatched directly from the brand or fulfilment partner. Your purchase is made with Home & Sprout, and our customer-service team remains your point of contact for your order.

A note about multiple items

If you order products from different brands, your items may arrive in separate deliveries. This is because each brand may ship directly from its own fulfilment location.

You'll receive tracking information for your individual shipments where available.

Returns

We want you to love your Home & Sprout purchase.

If you change your mind, most items can be returned within 30 days of the original order, provided they are unused, undamaged and have their original labels and packaging intact. Some made-to-order or specific products may have different return terms, which will be noted where applicable.

How to request a return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number and the reason for your return.

We'll then provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please don't send an item back without contacting us first, as return addresses vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.

For most products, we offer a 30 day returns period. This returns policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Return postage

For UK orders, return shipping is arranged by the customer. Home and Sprout does not charge a processing fee for UK returns.

As we offer free delivery on your original order, return postage is not included and will normally be the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible before arranging a return so that we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or variant, exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Please contact us first and we'll guide you through the process.

Items that cannot be returned

Certain personalised, made-to-order, sealed hygiene-sensitive or otherwise exempt items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Any product-specific restrictions will be stated on the relevant product page.
